Holmberg Orchards is pleased to now offer Hard Ciders from our farm and Wines from Connecticut vineyards available at our farmstand seven days a week.

Ciders Available Now:

English Draught  - Not your grandfather’s cider!  This cider has been fully fermented in the English tradition of refreshing, fruit forward ciders.  Think champagne - lightly sparkling and slightly sweet with an apple finish. 

Cortland -  Made with straight Cortland juice.  Light, sparkling, and fun.  Sweet and very drinkable.

Russett  - Another single variety, made from pure Russett apples.  Full bodied and tart, real nice sipping cider.  Silver medal winner at the 2007 Great Lakes Old World Cider competition.

 Three Sheets Apple Wine - For those who like it stronger.  A true apple wine delicately aged in French oak barrels.  Fruity and smooth.  A dry, refreshing change from a Chardonnay.  Pairs with food well, especially pork and chicken. 

Pearfection - A dry, delicate wine made from our Bartlett pears.  This supple sipper grabs your nose and surprises your palate with its offering of soft pear essence.
